How fast is delivery and where do you ship?

We deliver Australia-wide. Metro orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days, regional within 4–5 business days. Orders placed before 10 am AEST are dispatched the same day. Free shipping on orders over $500.

How is the meat packaged so it stays fresh?

Every order is vacuum-sealed for maximum freshness, packed in an insulated box with food-grade gel ice, and shipped via express courier. Your meat will arrive cold to the touch and ready for the fridge or freezer.

Where do you deliver to?

We are proud to partner with a delivery partner with an extensive delivery network throughout South east Queensland and SA, VIC , New South Wales. Australia-wide delivery

What happens if I am not home to accept delivery?

If you are not going to be home on the day of your delivery, please ensure that an esky is left outside for our driver to leave your order in. If no one answers the front door and no esky is left out, your order will be returned to our store and it will be your responsibility to organize pick up.
